Our Guarantee

At Fastdogs UK we believe in 100% customer satisfaction and aim to provide the highest quality goods at all times.

Always keep your invoice or despatch note as this is your proof of our guarantee. If you return an item you are not pleased with, or which is faulty, or which has been damaged in transit, the item must be sent back in its original packaging and original condition.

This guarantee does not apply to any defect caused by misuse, accidental damage, neglect, unauthorised repair or modification, scratching, chewing, failure to follow proper washing and care instructions, or causes external to the product such as excessive heat, burning, cutting, or acts of God.

V.A.T.

Fastdogs UK operates as a sole trader. Therefore all our prices are as stated and have no VAT charges applied.

Fastdogs UK is not responsible for any damage on delivered or returned items.

All in stock items will be dispatched without delay.

Normally delivery is 2-5 working days, but can take up to 10 working days from dispatch at peak times, we are totally dependant on the Post Office.

Please note that we do all we can to ensure good stock levels, but inevitably we may become out of stock of some items. If for any reason an item is out of stock, or we do not receive something from the manufacturer in time for our delivery deadline, we will notify you of when we expect to be able to deliver your order. If you do not wish to wait for the late delivery you have the right to cancel your order for that item and you will be credited in full for it. If you do elect to wait for the out of stock items your card will NOT be charged until they become available.

Returning Goods

When returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. You are also responsible for the postage for the return parcel. We strongly recommend you send it recorded post. If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by Fastdogs UK or that is genuinely faulty, we will pay for the cost of the postage for the return parcel.

We respect the privacy of all Fastdogs UK customers. It is not company policy to sell or otherwise provide any personal information pertaining to our customers to third parties.
